My paintings depict the isolation and loneliness of my daily life. The female figures are representations of me in various phases of isolation. I usually alternate between creating the inside of the figure or erasing it. Sometimes I fill the inside of figures with bold brush marks or leave the outline of the shapes. The figures and shapes are also created by dripping the paints and colors. The expression of erasing the inside of the body and leaving the silhouette also shows my struggle between bareness and concealment in life. As a student, I am trying to express new feelings and experiences each time and to figure out how to harmonize my views with the real image.
