I work from a personal perspective through shape and pattern, embodied in the female form. I draw growth from emotional experiences and utilize past feelings of disappointment, loneliness, and frustration in my work.
The female imagery and sense of melancholy relay how negative experiences strengthen me. I arrange the stimuli with harmonious color influenced by the form itself. With these color variations I highlight the arrangement of certain cell-like shapes with emphasis on emotional quality in a biological order.
